Scope

This policy applies to purchases made on Lilienthal Berlin – North America.

Purchases on Lilienthal Berlin – North America are made with Zeitgeist Inc, 104 South Wayne Avenue, #32, Wayne, PA 19087, USA. Returns are processed exclusively via our portal and require an RMA from the portal; please do not ship returns without completing the portal flow.

Return window

You may initiate a return for exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Defects & 3-Year Limited Warranty

Watches are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, provided by Zeitgeist Inc. If your watch is defective within the warranty period, you won’t be charged for repair or replacement. Please initiate the process via the portal; you will receive a replacement or credit in line with our warranty terms.

Have your Order Number and ZIP code, email address, or phone number ready. No separate return address is required in advance. The portal provides all necessary steps and labels where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

We offer an easy exchange via store credit, so you can quickly choose a new item. Alternatively, a refund to the original payment method is available once the returned item has been received and inspected. Returns must meet our standard return conditions.

Item condition

Items (including straps) must be new, unused, and re-sellable, free from scratches, scuffs, or signs of wear. Items returned in damaged, altered, or soiled condition will be refused and sent back to you.

Exclusions

Engraved or otherwise personalized watches are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to pack your return

Use the original packaging where possible, include all accessories, and protect the product during transit.
