How can I return an item?

We grant a 14-day money-back guarantee on any item you purchase with Lilienthal Berlin. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send us e-mail at service@lilienthal-berlin.com specifying whether you wish to return or exchange your item. Please include your name, order number, and SKU of the item you wish to return or exchange. We will then generate a free return shipping label and sent it to via email. All returned items including straps must be returned in new, unused, re-sellable condition free of any scratches, scrapes, or ware and tear. 

Returns that are recieved by our team in damaged, altered or soiled condition will not be accepted and will be returned to to the customer. Reminder that all engraved watch sales are final and can not be exchanged or returned.
