Warranty

We guarantee that your watch has been produced using high-quality materials. Extensive quality controls ensure that the watch has been checked prior to leaving the manufacturer. Unfortunately, material defects cannot always be avoided. If there is an issue with your new watch, please contact our Customer Service, within the warranty period.

For products purchased on or after April 25, 2025, Lilienthal Lifestyle GmbH provides a 3-year manufacturer's warranty worldwide from the date of purchase, covering material and manufacturing defects. For products purchased before April 25, 2025, the manufacturer's warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase. This manufacturer's warranty is granted without prejudice to statutory warranty claims. The warranty covers functionality and perfect workmanship. Wear and tear, as well as damage caused by accidents or improper use, are not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, for our watches, problems with batteries, as well as scratches and glass breakage, are excluded from the warranty. We will remedy manufacturing defects free of charge within the warranty period.

All models with custom engraving done by Lilienthal-Berlin will still have their watch covered by our warranty protection.
